In February, and again on July 11, I had to use my Medic Alert System for a panic attack, couldn't breath and the second time I was having a heart attack.

On both occasions, the Burlington Fire Department paramedics responded immediately and got me to the hospital, saving my life. To me these people are highly trained as paramedics and they also do fireman duties as well. They are very professional and courteous in doing their duties and they deserve the utmost praise.

To the firemen and the paramedics in both the Burlington and West Burlington departments, you guys are my heros. One thing, I forgot to get your names. However, I am sure if you read this and see my name, you will know who you are.
